All services over $150 require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. No charge will be made until time of appointment. Appointments must be canceled no less than 24 hours before scheduled time. Simply call to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice before appointment will be charged 50% of services booked. No-shows will be charged full amount of booked services. Thank you in advance for understanding the importance of keeping your appointments.
If you are running late, be sure to let us know. Those who are 15 minutes late or more will be rescheduled, or the service will be adjusted to accommodate the time remaining. If you are scheduled for our late-evening appointments and are 15 minutes late, the stylist will be gone and your service will not be performed. Repeat offenders will be made to hold appointments with a credit card and charged for future late arrivals or no-shows. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

We highly recommend re-booking your next visit at the time of your current service. Your stylist will let you know how long to go between visits to maintain the integrity of your style and color. We give appointment reminders and confirmations with plenty of time to make adjustments if needed.
We are often asked for guidance in gratuity practices. It is customary to leave between 15-20% of service total. We accept gratuities on credit cards or in cash.
Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination and can be redeemed for products or services. No refunds or changes will be given on gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities unless they were added at time of purchase. Gift cards do not expire, and there are no fees attached. If you are using a gift card for payment, please let our front desk staff know when you arrive for your appointment. Gratuities are not included unless it is printed on the card or certificate.
PROMOTIONAL GIFT CERTIFICATES
We are often asked for donations and are happy to help when we can. These gift certificates are only valid for the services listed on the gift certificate. These gift certificates do expire and have an expiration date on them.
WALK-INS WELCOME FOR ALL SERVICES
We welcome walk-ins; however, available slots generally fill up during the day. We suggest that you give us a call, and we can tell you what times are currently available for that day.
Our entire team takes pride in all of the services we provide. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, inform a member of our front desk team or please call us within three days of your appointment and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge. No refunds will be given on any services. It is highly recommended that you use the prescribed shampoo and conditioner as well as styling products to ensure lasting results. Consultations are always recommended to achieve expectations.
Unused or unopened products will be accepted for refund within seven days of purchase, with receipt. Products returned due to allergy issues will be returned to Aveda with an in-store credit given.
